Policies & Etiquette

To ensure the comfort, safety and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines at all times:

Spa Guidelines

  • Please shower before using the pool and between sauna and steam bath experiences.
  • For hygiene reasons, a towel must be placed on sauna benches before sitting or lying down.
  • In the fitness area, appropriate sportswear and footwear are required.
  • All facilities are subject to availability and prior reservation.

Children Policy

  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the swimming pool area.
  • Children receiving spa treatments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room.
  • Guests may be asked to present a valid identification document to confirm a child’s age when required.

Arrival Time

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
  • Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, ensuring the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
  • Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • A credit card may be required to secure your booking.

Payment

  • We accept payments by cash and credit card.
  • Please note that room charges are not available: all services must be paid directly at the spa.

Personal Belongings

  • Lockers are provided for your convenience.
  • Oasis Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • We kindly advise you not to bring valuables to the spa.

Pregnancy

  • Please inform our team if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant before booking your treatment, so we can recommend suitable services.

Quiet Policy

  • To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
  • The use of mobile phones is not permitted within the spa areas.

Food & Drink

  • Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the hydrotherapy and thermal areas.
  • Selected complimentary refreshments are available in the Spa Lounge.

Smoking Policy

  • Oasis Spa operates a strict no-smoking policy in all areas.
